I’m Courtney Barber-Vizard, a Creative Director with over 15 years’ experience working across brand, editorial, digital, events and live experiences. I lead creative with a strong focus on clarity and collaboration, supported by formal leadership and operational training.

I love shaping clear ideas and turning them into work that actually makes sense in the real world. My focus is on creating thoughtful, engaging experiences that work hard and create impact.

I’ve led projects in the UK and internationally, working with both adult and youth audiences and I’m currently at Bauer Media UK, overseeing commercial marketing and brand design across some of the country’s most trusted audio and publishing brands.

I care about work that feels human, intentional and well crafted.
